Posting of Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report and Accounts

Nexus Infrastructure, a leading provider of essential infrastructure services to the UK housebuilding and commercial sectors, confirms that it has issued to shareholders copies of the 2020 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM, including the form of proxy, for the year ended 30 September 2020.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 16^th February 2021 at 9.00am (the "2021 AGM").

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the UK Government has issued guidance and restrictions on non-essential travel, public gatherings and social distancing.  As a result of this the 2021 AGM will be held virtually and on a closed basis by electronic means and shareholders will not be able to attend.  Pre-registration to attend the virtual meeting can be requested by contacting the Company Secretary by email at investors@nexus-infrastructure.com.

Shareholders are urged to exercise their votes by submitting their proxy electronically or by post, as explained in the Notice of AGM.  Given the restrictions on attendance, the Board strongly recommends that shareholders appoint the chair of the meeting as their proxy (and not any named individual).

The Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Meeting are now available to be viewed in the investor section of the Company's website www.nexus-infrastructure.com.
